My name is Aditi and I am an undergraduate student at Caltech. I am currently working on the Mu2e experiment and have been involved with the Fermilab community for the past half year. My goal is to represent the views and ideas of undergraduate and summer students who work at the Fermilab and foster relationships among early career scientists across experiments. Working through the year and being a summer student, during the pandemic, has given me the opportunity to learn about Fermilab culture and meet many scientists and students through online channels. If elected I plan to organize social events to increase connections among young scientists in our current socially distanced environment and promote diversity and inclusion in the Fermilab community. I look forward to planning events such as New Perspectives. I will do my best to ensure that all voices are heard and give back to the Fermilab community. I would love the opportunity to be a part of FSPA!
