I am honored to serve as an FSPA Officer. As a postdoctoral researcher working on the CMS experiment, I understand how important it is for early-career scientists to have guidance and clarity as they navigate their professional paths. Whether we are planning our next steps or navigating periods of uncertainty, having access to open conversations, shared experiences, and supportive peers can make the process far less overwhelming.

In this role, I aim to help create spaces where early-career researchers can talk openly about career development, learn from one another, and feel empowered in their next steps. I hope to encourage conversations that make people feel informed, confident, and connected as they shape their futures.

Beyond career-focused support, I also care deeply about fostering a strong sense of community at Fermilab. I look forward to helping organize inclusive social events, cultural gatherings, and informal meetups that allow people to connect outside their work and find a sense of belonging.

Fermilab is not only a place of scientific discovery—it’s a community of people growing together. I look forward to contributing to an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
