Hello everyone, my name is Shivam, and I am a graduate student in Experimental High-Energy Physics at IIT Guwahati, India, and a member of the NOvA Collaboration at Fermilab. I have been based at Fermilab for the past two years, where I work on the joint neutrino–antineutrino sterile neutrino search, detector validation, and cross-section systematics at the NOvA Experiment. Having organised several academic and community events, including physics fests, seminars, and sports tournaments, I value the sense of collaboration and belonging that such initiatives foster. As an FSPA officer, I aim to organise events that promote professional development and cultural exchange among the student community. I hope to bring my organising experience and enthusiasm to further strengthen FSPA’s mission of building an inclusive, engaging, and supportive community at Fermilab.
