Hello everyone, my name is Michael Balcewicz and I’m a Postdoctoral researcher at the FNAL Booster. My research interests are focused on beam dynamics the beam energy is increased to something useful for the experimenters. While I’m new to Fermilab I have previously served as an officer in Associated Students And Postdocs (ASAP) at BNL and know how important these organizations can be to student and postdoc life. Research is a bit of a marathon, but I know that with good support we can all come together and grow both professionally and personally. As an officer, I would endeavor to make FSPA a welcoming environment and organize mentorship and professional development opportunities.
